Our family farm specializes in individualized boarding programs designed for your aging and retired horse--a friend that deserves the very best one-on-one care.
Deep Roots Farms is situated on five acres of beautiful pasture complete with a new five stall horse barn, heated tack, feed room, 100x100 round riding pen, and access to 707 acres of island trails.
Our cider story begins in winter. The thousands year old grafting technique to propagate apple trees has been passed down through generations. We reacquaint ourselves with the trees during pruning time, and focus on choosing what to cut to form each tree into a shape that will best capture sunlight.
We carefully pick these apples we know so well for the fermentation and maturation process. We test to build mouthfeel. To develop tannins. To create a soft, smooth, incredible taste.
From branch to apple to Gabbie’s Dry Farmhouse Cider. We’re committed to it, for you. #grabagabbies
What does it take to fully serve a community for over 25 years?
It might involve some chauffeuring, a little counselling, a bit of contractor-wrangling, maybe even some wood chopping…a little personal care to meet your unique needs.
But mostly, it takes the professional skills and specialized expertise that result from a collective 45 years of Gabriola Island real estate experience.
What does it take to bring your Island dreams to life?
It takes a family-oriented, committed local team...like Tina Lynch and Guy Parcher
Gabriola Real Estate is a proud sponsor of community initiatives, organizations, and start-ups.
